To all the comments obsessing over her caloric intake, my friend eats like this and is lean.
I can't eat this all the time because I'd gain weight, and that's okay.
Everyone is different. Some people can eat whatever they want and still be skinny (struggle to gain weight) and others can eat three meals a day and still gain weight. It really depends on your age, height, gender, how fit you are and how much calories you burn within a normal day.
Another thing, sleeping enough and performing weighted exercises can increase your metabolism by a little bit which helps with fat loss.

Also, don't trust websites like MyFitnessPal who give you a number of calories you should eat in a day if you're looking to gain, lose or maintain weight as these apps/websites often aren't accurate and don't know your history of fitness and diet, meaning they cannot give you accurate advice on your caloric intake.

Only you can determine how many calories your body needs to realistically maintain, lose or gain weight.
I remember when I tried MyFitnessPal and it told me to eat 1000 calories a day, which isn't good at all.

I actually ate around 1200 - 1600 calories to lose fat as I had a history of overeating and that transfer from bingeing to eating three nutritious meals a day, as well as snacks (examples are fruits, protein bars, granola and Greek yogurt with berries, hummus and flatbread, plain crackers or even deliciously salty popcorn) made me lose fat in a healthier way and in a way that made ME feel in control of what I ate, instead of ravaging cookies, biscuits, cheese or bread.

In fact, I didn't even count calories and I lost fat within two and a half months. Anyway. I hope this gives a sense of sensibility and hope.

Makes me feel so relieved… I generally eat a lot of cakes and biscuits during the day and feel so guilty and scared if I get diabetes or stuff but I’m not fat at all. I weigh 45kg and I’m 5’6. I just crave sugar everyday for some reason.

Life is not about restrictions! Yes you can whatever you want and be still thin if you are active throughout the day and exercise! Of course be clever and dont eat fried things all day, also make sure that your body has all nutritients you need. Once your body has it, it will work in a right way, no diet needed❤ love your life

I used to eat this and more until I hit 26 😅 now I eat the same foods but smaller portions and LOT of exercise. Hoping to get back to goal weight of 105.

To all the people saying no way she's this skinny when she eats so much calories: My sister is as skinny as she is and very tall. I've seen her my whole life and she's eating a lot and whatever she wants (more than me and I am much heavier). She never really gained weight and she doesn't do sports regularly. Every person is different. 😊

Now she can't even show us what she eats without being criticized by everyone. Please stop this and let her free to do what she wants! It's not your business and I think she's intelligent enough to understand what she should eat everyday (not always the same things).
