Contrast+ How To Paint: Horus the Warmaster

In this video, we take a look at how to paint Horus Lupercal, the Warmaster himself! We'll be painting the Warmaster in the black armour he wore later during the Horus Heresy and to do that we'll be using a combination of Contrast and classic Citadel paints. The method used for this armour is perfect for other Space Marines in black armour, such as Iron Hands, Raven Guard, Black Templars and more!

I've been meaning to paint mine up for years but just never got around to it because I broke his mace the day I tried to prime him. Didn't secure him enough to what was holding him up and he just went crash.

And the weapon fell between the cracks on the porch, never to be seen again. I got a replacement part but the whole thing was so daunting and I was so embarrassed, I shelves him instead.

Maybe it's time to get him back out.
