How To Extract DNA From Banana At Home

What do you have in common with a banana? Even though we might not look alike, all living things—bananas and people included—are made up of the same basic material.

Just like us, banana plants have DNA genes in their cells, and just like us, their DNA determines their traits. Today, in this science experiment video we are going to extract DNA from a Banana at home.
All you are going to need for this experiment is:
1- Banana
2- Alcohol
3- Salt
4- Liquid dish soap
5- Mesh Strainer

one thing you forgot to mention. What kind of alcohol you used. If you extract DNA from strawberries you're supposed to use isopropyl alcohol. Just giving the tips.
