I mean everything in moderation. Anything can be dangerous and unhealthy in excess. Water is literally toxic in excess. Yet it's the healthiest thing you can drink.

Idiotic list. Evidence:

#26 – Water (H20) Drinking too much water in a short span of time can lead to Water Intoxication. Which could lead to death. Symptoms of Water Intoxication are: 1) Head pain, 2) Cramping, spasms, or muscle weakness, 3) nausea or vomiting, 4) drowsiness or fatigue.

In short, for ALL of those things in the list, MODERATION is the key, Eat what you want. Just don’t overdo it.

I was staying in a hotel with a tiny fridge and microwave for 6 weeks. Not being able to cook for myself I was eating a lot of fast food. Although I was walking over 10, 000 steps a day, my body changed noticeably.

It's not so much what you eat but the amount

I have to be happy so I eat what I want. I don't over consume but I'm not living off of healthy food. My mom is in her 70s and she always eats healthy. Salads, no butter barely any snacks, fruit and no burgers or fried food and she recently had a heart attack. She has adopted my policy now of eating what you want. She now eats burgers and fried foods more still in moderation of course but you don't have to deprive yourself.

So basically we can't eat anything! I am with my dad's philosophy, "What is the difference between longer, and just making it seem longer." He ate what he wanted, and died at 87. He died not from what he ate. He died mostly because he wanted to. He just didn't want to be here anymore.

As a Type 1 diabetic, I read EVERY Nutrition label! I can only drink a smoothie or juice when my sugar level is low. I'm also on a low-salt diet so between these two lists, I'm pretty much left with water... it's incredibly frustrating!!! 😢😢😢

I have been on a carnivore diet for fourteen months. My HDL is 55 and my LDL is 95. My doctor told me that I should continue avoiding carbohydrates and most of all sugar. All the pro-carbohydrate studies were funded by Kellog, Post, and the sugar industry. Who would have guessed.

When I went to college I had a health class where we had to track what we ate for a week. I had a 2 year old and was cooking every day. My report came back that I was eating too many fruits and veggies and that I was low in selenium and need to eat more sunflower seeds and dark chocolate! I wondered who was funding that program, but I refuse to feel guilty for enjoying treats along the way! Everything in moderation. My mom ate super healthy and still died at 71. My dad smoked for 40 years, ate pb&j every day and died at 70. I am going to live and enjoy each day of the time I have and not stress about things beyond my control. That being said. I am growing more of our own food as that is something I can control!
