It's really quite simple.

Note: Set the default Indeterminate Frame Rate to 24 fps (Preferences - Media).

1. Open Media Encoder;
2. Click the "+" button;
3. Navigate to your project images folder;
4. Select the first frame and hit "Open";
5. Adjust settings to H264 and Match Source;
6. Select your project movies folder as the destination;
7. Hit the Green Arrow; and
8. Et voila!

Simple, direct, straightforward and to the point. Thank you! (Wish Adobe would hire you to create their tutorials…)

Important to note that the numbered files should be in a folder of their own without any other files there (for example it won't work with Blender's TMP folder unless you move the files)

I'm having some problem. It just gives me one frame. I'v tried as other in the comments to do File --> Add source. But that doesn't work either. Hmmz

It does not work at all on my end. Exports one frame and that's it. Edit: Ok, situation is, just like in Premiere Pro, the Media Browser does not recognize sequences, you need to use the File -> Add Source.. menu item.
