Can somebody please for the love of god tell Hollywood we want real laughter for multicam sitcoms? Enough with the canned laughter. It makes no sense to film in front of an audience and then use a laugh track. You can't fool me because I love sitcoms especially multicams and I can tell the difference.

Canned laughter is Annoying! I hope they go back to single camera. Multi camera just doesn’t work. Not as intimate. Also, what was the purpose of the dancing in the intro? I hope this show doesn’t get canceled

This was a very good first episode. I like that it mentioned the death of Georgie's father and that his father-in-law reminded him of him. Touching! I would rate this one 8.5/10.

I've heard these terms before - single camera vs multi camera - but I don't totally understand the difference. I know BBT had a studio audience and was shot in sequence. Does this mean Young Sheldon was shot more like movie, a scene at a time all out of sequence? Would love to know more about these two different forms of shooting. You seem to imply that Young Sheldon was not a "sitcom." I am definitely confused. Thanking in advance anyone who can explain this. Thanks. Looking forward to the new show.
