The single camera format is too expensive for CBS to afford. They clearly don’t have enough confidence in this new show. CBS also refused to pay Iain the pay raise he deserved for an 8th season.

That scene, the writing was very cheap. The laugh track over Audrey's disdain doesn't work.

I had/have high hopes for this show so please don’t screw it up CBS. You already cancelled one of my faves, (So Help Me Todd) and on Young Sheldon actually my faves were George Sr. and Georgie and last but not least Missy Sheldon’s Twin. I had hopes they would bring her to this show. When the show first aired I didn’t much care for Georgie but his character has won me over. He’s very caring and so responsible for his age.
