In today's post, I am writing as a busy mum rather than a food blogger. You can all agree that there is not really a recipe for cooking frozen food. So today, I am showing you my realistic way of cooking frozen cod in the air fryer in easy steps.

What you will need
4 Frozen cod fillets: This could be loin or fillet or a combination of both
Seasonings: I used a combination of onion salt and 21 Salute seasoning (both from Trader Joe's). I reckon you will need about a teaspoon each. You can use your preferred seasoning, which is the whole point of today's post.
1 Tablespoon olive oil: You can use any other flavorless cooking oil you want.
Lemon: This is optional, but a final squeeze of lemon juice over the fish after it is cooked
Salt and black pepper: To taste if needed. Use it if your seasoning does not already contain salt.
