Well You can Scale Higher.
Living world is 4D via space-time or and Other world trancending dimensions of Living world transcending dimensions make it above dimensionality of Living world and there have own Higher space-time because it also bound by timelines.
Microcosm contain the overlapping timelines of Living world and Other world. So it need to 7D via contain distinct parallel universes.
Also Universe7 have Own space-time continuum because it contain the variants of Microcosm and Kaioshin realm so 8D via contain the 6D construct or structures.
Mutiverse in Dragon ball have also Own Higher spatial and temporar dimensions because a timelines contain the all 12 universes within Zeno realm.
So Dragon ball Mutiverse is 10D and 11D via distinct Hypertimelines.
But If You including Hyperspace so there is Various Hyperspace and also has Superdimensions it should be scale to Hyperversal.
For Low Outerversal tier there is World of void which is stated islocated outside the Multiverse without space and time it's a world filled with Enternity and nothingness.
So Without space it is dimensionless but still a realm rather than 0D so it is automatically above all physical dimensions or infinite dimensional space.
Also there is transitional or teleportation zone which is stated transcend the concept of space and time so it can be scale to Outerversal.

I agree with most of what you said. but your not inherently correct about other world, saying that it transcends dimensions doesn't necessarily mean it's referring to un established dimensions and in this case is more consistent to be referring to the dimensions contained within (it's also consistent that the living realm and both the afterlife and other world share time, this definitively proves that the living realm is either the only place inside the microcosm with it's own time or time in the living realm is supplied by something inside the microcosm)
