It was at around 23:30 that I began to feel this ultimate release and relief from the stuff that was affecting me so heavily. It caused me to physically tear up and smile.

It's interesting that you bring that up soon after, too. I wasn't anticipating that, but it's reassuring to know it was all apart of the plan with this session.
