US challenges China at WTO in poultry dispute

The US is challenging China at the World Trade Organization (WTO) over broiler chicken products. Washington claims that China broke several WTO rules, including by failing to properly calculate US poultry production costs. In response, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce said on Tuesday that it regrets the US decision and will deal with the issue according to the WTO dispute settlement process.
