Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi(Dry fenugreek leaves)-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/3 tsp
Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Cooking oil-4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
