Thanks for the fill in on the 453T. If time be with you get the 353 together and running. Looks like you have the hardware for the 353 to do that.

Do you run pump diesel or veg oil in the shop (forklift, dyno, engine stand), or is shop temp an issue? It would be interesting to see the hp difference between pump and veg…but you maybe at the point (weather) where you have to heat the veg I’d speculate.

Did you make those liner hold down clamps that you show on the 3-53 in the video? If so, how hard are they to make and how to make them?

Are they pretty strict on black smoke there? Not trying to jinx your engine but the video made it sound like it had a tapping sound in it. Maybe it was just the audio.

My jones is 3208T Cats, to provide load I employed a Turbo 400 w/13" HD torque converter/output shaft locked routed transmission oil to test stand heat exchanger to control heat, no output readings but loads the rings. Too much plumbing BS for a water brake in my shop.
