Hey bro, I bought 2 locks and a touch keypad because supposedly it is possible to control the 2 locks with a single keypad.
After installing the locks and the keypad on the same door, it is not possible to configure the Dual Lock since in the lock app it appears disabled... on both. How is this function activated?

Dear bro. I am switchbot customer i have almost all device's.. I need this Lock, but i only one issue i tell you.. the battery is very Expensive, every 6 month my be need to be replaced, way don't switchbot Lock using rechargeable battery? next upgraded generation Lock will use recharge battery?.
