Those back boxes are designed for 12mm plasterboard, the side clips won't push in how did you get around that ?

You’re lucky you can fit your jig on there. Usually I’m cutting it with the Fein.

That boxes wings are never gonna fit in that hole, woods too thick and there's a cross piece on the 2nd 1 on the right hand side 😮
