How Fast is the Beginner Method?

Forcing my son to solve without speedsolving or skipping steps, we time how long beginner method really takes. When solving a cube, how fast is the beginner method? (without luckily skipping steps).

I got 42 seconds with the beginner's method and I learned to solve from your videos but by the journey I picked up many speedsolving tricks and my normal average is like 15 seconds . So thank you so much for the help.

2.06 beginner method so my wife bought me megaminx, all the tutorials are tough to follow, any chance you could tutorial it???

I got 29 seconds with the beginner method, but I skipped a few parts in that solve. I mostly get 40-50 second solves with the beginner Method (I started learning 1 month ago)

1:12 is my best. Earlier I used to be very slow and my hands moved very cautiously and carefully so as to not make a mistake. I couldn't just solve it in less than 8 minutes! 13:57 is my greatest flop. And I practised and practiced and by that I learnt the moves by heart (earlier I had to remember the moves very much). After that I learnt some finger tricks and one day, with a touch of luck, since I found the fish and final corners already solved and here I am with a hiscore of 1:12. Usually I solve within 1:38 to 1:56. Thanks so very much for teaching me so easily without any complex algorithms to remember.

i moved on to cfop method a while ago and I cant remember the ABCS :( and I dont know what happened to my notes i wrote down so I was trying to solve the rubixs cube with the beginners method and when i got to the abcs I just stopped. i'll probably go back to the video where you showed us how to solve a rubixs cube.
