This is perfect because I can fit it exactly into those square Muji bento boxes, while round maki rolls are less satisfying to fit into square boxes

😮❤ OMG! THAT'S AMAZING! I'VE ALWAYS did it the Hard way. Using the Bamboo mat, plastic wrap, praying I made the rice properly, then cutting!, OH Don't getting me started on the CUTTING. The first time I tried my hand at rolling... It looked like I made a Black Burrito!. And last but the worst part, was Slicing it, my Sushi/Burrito ended up Deconstructed and all over the Bamboo mat 😭
Alls I could say that time was, "I give the Sushi Gods Mad Respect".

But NOW I can make Sushi just like this ❤🥢🍣🍤❤🥢🍣🍤❤ Ñ walk away with my Head held high, My Stomach filled with Sushi Pride!.

I tried this and it takes just as much time as regular sushi to make. Regular Sushi is better because you get bite sized pieces and the ratio of each bite is more even. Also it’s easier to dip and the smaller pieces helps you to eat slower.
