The people today don't remember what it was like when Gulliani was there as Mayor. Crime was low, he cleaned up the streets and subways. That place went 180. People are leaving NY because of the high cost of living. Those negative people have been living in a cave, they have no idea of what is happening in the U.S. or in their city.
