I served 15 yrs active service plus 7 years National Guard, I received my 20 year letter but I have to wait until 60 yrs old to receive my military pension. my military service ended in 2005, in 2022 I was awarded 100% P&T VA disability, I'm currently 58 yrs so my question is "Will I still receive my military pension at age 60 even tho I'm receiving VA Disability?"

I know you mentioned the lesser retirement age pay of 90 days for deployments, I new this, one thing that I am unsure of, lets say you complete a full 9 month deployment in country do you only get credit for the 90 days or do you get credit for the full 9 month deployment. Also I have state side missions that are 90 days that qualify for reduced retirement age i.e. COVID and Presidential Inauguration.

I'm in the Guard with 18 years (7 active). A few years ago, I was on Title 10 orders and had a catastrophic medical malpractice case at a VA Hospital. Now, I'm being medically retired from the ANG and the VA has given me 100% P&T.

My question is: Since my injuries for my medical retirement happened while on Title 10 orders, would I be eligible for CRDP when I retire here shortly or retirement age?

Hi just have a question now I’m not trying to complain because I’m doing fine. I just have a question after 18 years in service I was medically retired. I just don’t understand why and I’m 100% p&t but why I can’t receive my retirement pay to like everybody else that had 20 years that I know that her PT it just doesn’t sound fair to me. I was medically retired, 20 years national guard, currently getting VA and a small amount from DFAS, will I get my standard retirement at 60? If I do will I also continue to get my VA on top of that?

Do you know of any value in having combined service without retirement? What I mean is did 14years active, plus 3yrs civ/fed, resigned am currently 100% TDIU, P&T Just wondering if there is anything that I am unaware of at all that could be done with that time or is it just...
