Kiribati and Marshall Islands are not only neighbors but best friends. We celebrate each other's independence days and there's a lot of exchange of people between us. Homeboys uncle didn't want to come home.

My great Aunt’s Son moved to the Kiribati 🇰🇮 Island when he was in his 20’s. He fell in love with the Island and the people. He met a local woman and had 2 kids. When I moved in with my now husband as fate would have it my great aunt lived 3 street over in our subdivision and my Uncle Chuck’s daughter who had moved away from the island back to Reno also lived in the same subdivision not far away from my house. She’s now moved to Alaska and I miss her a lot but I always loved hearing all the stories she and my uncle chuck told of this island and Christmas Island as well. 😊
