One honourable mention to make here could be the extinction in relation to the Great Oxygenation Event. Life was only microbial back then, but it is assumed that 99% of all life was wiped.

Get your facts straight before posting a video. The meteor which ended the Cretaceous period impacted in southern Mexico near the Yucatán peninsula producing the Chicxulub crater. A quick google search should have been done before uploading this video.
