The 1880s Country Cape is finished. The cast arrives and reflects on the changes since Charlie Silva’s crew first started work. Homeowners Megan and Lincoln each take Kevin O'Connor and Tom Silva on a tour of the original part of the house and the new addition. After, they join the cast around the grand kitchen island to thank the subcontractors and Charlie for all the work that happened.

This season's house feels like a departure from the charm of the show, taking an old house and making it a little more livable and hopefully give it decades more of a future. This felt more like 'This Old Facade Left on the Front of a $5 Million Luxury Home'.

I do like the way the overhang on the island was made. No brackets to take out knees!

Pretty amazing what looks like a small, 1500 sq ft cape from the front is a massive, modern, seemingly 4000 sq ft monster. Love it.

It never ceases to amaze me about just how talented these people are with TOH. The Silva's Tom and Charlie, Richard Trethewey, and his son. Mark McCullough, Heath Eastman, Jenn Nawada, Mauro Henrique, and the supporting crew members on the build team. And Kevin does his usual best to lead us through it all. This was not an easy renovation and remodel as the team was faced with a number of dilemma's with setbacks and supply chain issues, but what they ended up with is a great house.

crazy the silva's pulled it all together to finish the build on time, even with the crazy shipping delay on those windows

This project, as all of TOH from Norm’s day, is a way to bring the latest building and technology options for the viewing home owner. This house really went all out with home owners that had the budget to support the build.
