When I was a kid in the early 90's, I was a big fan of the typical metal bands at the time, like KoRn etc. This cd was in a bargain bin at a local dollar store or something, and my mom got it for me. I hated it at the time. It was so slow and boring. Then sometime later as an adult, I was thinking back on it and tried to find it for years. I just recently remembered the name, and am so happy I found it. My musical taste has changed a lot in the past 20+ years haha.

One of the best industrial metal albums of all time no one except me in my circle of friends listened to. I remember taking this home and instantly loving each song. Better than "wound" but that was awesome too

I was not too fond of it at first in ‘94. But it had those moments that made it alluring. Now I fully get this and yeah…great album. Back before Roadrunner moved on to suck!

I enjoyed this much more than their first release. The songs felt much more put together. That lighter moment at 30:00 was an interesting touch. Pretty good album, nothing mind-blowing though.

So damn good. Neck and neck with the first album. I prefer ‘Wound’ by maybe a smidge. I just wish ‘Trial’ had gotten a vinyl release

That closing 25 minute noise track was pretty nice I must admit. Maybe a bit too long. Guess I was in mood for noise listening to this

Good follow-up to "Wound" but IMO I always found the closing 25 minute noise closer to be really excessive.
