The very seldom IF EVER viewed sky burial in Tibet. This is how people are buried in Lhasa.

The sky burial took place many miles of side of Lhasa Tibet in the 80's. It is/was a very sacred ceremony which I've heard has been discontinued by the Chinese. I have never witnessed anything like this in my life. Basically the priests carved a cadaver of a an adult and a child and they prayed to the gods and then they called the vultures s down to eat the flesh and complete the circle.
