This easy recipe is for a healthy and weight loss breakfast in a Jar! Also it is suitable for diets! And it has app. 30 gr. protein in this meal!

Necessary ingredients:
200 gr. yogurt
30 gr. powdered protein
20 gr. biscuits
50 gr. mango (divided into 3 portions)
50 gr. strawberries (divided into 3 portions)

1. Put the yogurt in a bowl.
2. Add the powdered protein and stir well.
3. Put one crashed biscuit at the bottom of a jar.
4. Cover it with 1/3 of the yogurt.
5. Put 1/3 of the strawberries and the mango.
6. Repeat two more times points 4 and 5.
7. Decorate the top the way you love.
8. Enjoy this healthy and protein rich breakfast!
