Extra tip when pinging your phone from your watch, if you hold it down it'll flash the light on your phone.

If you hold the button used to ping your phone instead of just pressing it. It will ping your phone as well as flash your phones camera on and off.

Very helpful hints, thanks. I turned the fall detection on after watching. I was painting the kitchen today and, lying down to do the skirting boards, fall detection activated and I was given the SOS call option. Good to know it works but I've had to turn it off for now!
