Duterte was taken into custody at Manila airport after the international criminal court issued a warrant for his arrest over his so-called 'war on drugs'. He became president in 2016 after promising a merciless and bloody crackdown, in which more than 30,000 people are thought to have been killed

Dude thinks that the arresting officer should be fully versed in the details of the case 😂 … That’s what judges are for. A police officer only needs to know that a judge has issued an arrest warrant.
