Of course, I already have an Oyster card. BUT this is a great, practical video. Plenty of happy comments and lots of views. Well done, CP. I didn't know you could get your deposit back. But I don't need it back, because I will continue to use it each time I come to London. Contactless would, of course, be easier, but I don't have a UK bank card. So Oyster will continue to be the way for me. It's really easy to top up online before I arrive in London, too. Cheers, M.

So if I understand correctly
My family of 3 need would need to purchase 3 x oysters cards at 5£ each and add funds for tube-bus use . Once we don’t need the cards we return them to a machine or vender to retrieve our 5£x 3 deposit ? My son is 14 yrs old : would he card cost less ? And the trips cost less too ? Thanks
