I have a 1967 Triumph T100R Daytona and I recently picked up a 2017 T100. There's something cool about having the same model but 50 years apart. They're also both the same colour.

Some of the retro classics really nail it. I ride a Moto Guzzi 850T and I’m sorely tempted by the V7 now that it’s an 850. I don’t ride enough to keep fiddling with carbs.

Yeah, I like the *idea* of vintage bikes (and cars). But for anything other than a short Sunday ride, give me modern reliability and performance.

What about a 1994 Kawasaki ZX9R? Is that vintage enough?

Nice little clip - suggestion: can you guys do a mini segment (with Ari as he is probably most knowledgeable) on the differences between reviving a bike, a resurrection, a restoration and a concourse style restoration And of course “custom” - and what exactly is a cafe racer ? I thought cafe racers were British bikes, had handle bars below the tank and could do the ton - anyways, you get the idea …..

I don't see enough videos on beginner bikes that are 10-15 years old

All beginner bike videos are brand new bikes, but then they all say don't buy a brand new beginner bike....

Doesn't Kawasaki still make their air cooled 650 vertical twin imitation of a mid-60's British bike?
edit: Also the Royal Enfield twin comes to mind.

Only actual vintage bikes are cool, not imitation repops..
