Nah Palpatine wins mid diff at best. Palpatine never understood why Obi Wan was held in such high regard as his power with the force was below average in comparison to other jedi. Obi wans insane combat skills would let him hold his own but he got rag dolled by the likes of Dooku quickly due to the difference in force power. Sidious would be able to do the same quite effectively

Pre order 66 Sidious is very underrated he’s probably around >= KFV, he would easily destroy any form of kenobi . It even says in the book “strong enough to fight the emperor you are not never you will be . I’d say High Diff for Palps in this situation
