I got hurt by the one I saved at 14yo, after 20 years I still can't let go, it always come back one way or other. It is like cancer and there's nothing I can do, yea you can think positive but when the pain comes none of the theory works, it helps by getting less pain but it wont heal. It is a subconscious feeling that is not control by how we think or know, I will just accept the pain and it is part of life, I am not happy and I accept it, you can't control it, just like you can't control if you like or dislike someone.
