i where my hair for comfort. when sleeping i generally wear my hair up because its long and i end up tossing and turning. my hair gets under me and it ends up tugging, so i get it out of the way. if i have a headache then hair down. i dont toss and turn as much.

Me over here with no bonnet and polycotton bedding 😂. Mind you I only brush it about once a week so at least I'm not damaging it with a brush too much. Sleep with a mum bun in too 😂
