Seeing paintings in "real time" like this encourages all of us. So many youtube artists have edited their videos to the point that we think if we were to paint the same lesson that we should be able to get the same results with much less effort and thought. The reason I chose you and your mom as my teachers was the very fact that you leave nothing out of the process. You show us the corrections and adjustments and teach us HOW to be artists who take their time to do the brushwork and blending correctly. There are NO frustrations for me in your lessons because I can see everything it takes to produce a great piece of art. THANK YOU ! <3

This new format of putting the mixing view in the corner rather than taking view away from the canvas takes my frustration level down from 50% to 5% so thank you, thank you, thank you! You were awesome before, but now even moreso! Love you guys. I also love Love Love the color names above the colors. Keep doing that, please! Now, if John wouldn’t mind repeating the colors or brushes you pick up when you transition (or displaying them on screen), that’d be perfection. I know that might not always be possible though. Thanks again guys. You’re a great team. 💝
