here in india we are moving toward organic farming. Recent study says if we don't move toward organic farming, most of the soil will be unfertilised before 2050. The more modern we get the more move toward basic otherwise nature forcefully push us.

I don't think everything arpit is telling is completely true. Cellulose fibres for one won't affect your health. Like people are suggested to eat vegetables because the cellulose roughage can push out waste and help clean your alimentary canal. Homogenised milk too is not bad for you. It's just breaking the large fat particles into smaller units. This just helps in the milk being at same consistency.

Pasteurisation is not what Arpit said. It's the process of sudden heating and cooling of the milk, to put it simply.
