Get rid of the life straw and get a silcock key. Majority of the time you'll be around buildings thus have water. If your ever out for that long to ever use the life straw then you have to reconsider what your doing in the first place. You can always bum/steal water someplace or pop in to a store. wrap some duct tape around your lighter.

Good basic starter kit ---keep building on that to enhance your survivability eg. night vision, armor, non-lethals, add a fixed blade--not sure if you carry a handgun---but extra ammo preferable magazines plus holster and light/laser

I would add a portable phone charger along with your wall charger. You may be out and about and need to contact others or call for help and could wind up with a dying phone battery. Even a solor powered phone charger is a good option.

Seems like a whole lotta pack for what you're looking to accomplish. Also, there doesn't seem to be any organization or system to what you carry, or why, or how you stow it...just seems like you threw a bunch of stuff into the bag, in various pouches and compartments. My advice is to take a step back and think about what you carry, and why, and how you intend to use it. For example, why carry a spork if all you have is nuts and bars? Why carry a nalgene bottle if all you have for water purification is a LifeStraw? A metal container would be better, so you can boil. Or carry purification tabs. A paracord bracelet looks good, but if you need a hank of cord in a hurry, good luck un-braiding that thing quickly. Pre-cut lengths are a better bet: one 25 ft; two 15 ft; four 10 ft; eight 5 ft; twelve 2 ft. You can make each length a different color to make it easy to distinguish them, and stow them in hanks in a pouch or sack. Your first aid should be either at the top of your pack, or MOLLE'ed to the outside, and just curious...did you get trained to use a chest seal or a tourniquet? You should.
Anyway, you get the idea. I ain't trying to be snarky or critical, just trying to get you to think about your plan and your preparedness a little harder. We've all gotta be ready for whatever shit comes down the pipe these days! Good luck to you!
