For years, I've been on a mission to replicate the iconic Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich at home. I've finally done it! Wendy's describes their spicy chicken as a juicy chicken breast marinated and breaded in our unique, fiery blend of peppers and spices to deliver more flavor inside and out, cooled down with crisp lettuce, tomato, and Heinz mayo. Ingredients:
Chicken Preparation:
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (aim for 3-ounce fillets)

Egg Wash:
1 cup Water
