I'm very shocked San Francisco didn't make the list. That's the most expensive U.S city to live in as of 2022 if I'm not mistaken.

The question was for "a lot" of millionaires, not "the most". Big difference because those surveys only give what individuals think, not precise facts. All those answers that were not on the board were good answers because of "a lot", not "the most."
