I too hate it when I only have 10 minutes to do my 150 minutes MAT

I've got to say, either the breadth of learning at A-Level has increased significantly since I was there or some of the content on this paper isn't covered in standard A-Level Maths (ie. excluding Further Maths).

This is the most stressful 10 minute video on youtube. Did considerably worse than on past papers. Good luck to everyone.

I completely messed this up, but I went into it accepting that that would probably happen, so I just had fun doing it. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Oh well, never mind!

I have a question? 😭 My mind literally froze so I did the first question terribly. For the logarithm question, I got that a=b=1 but log isn’t specified for 1 so I said no solutions. 😭

I like this; Even it was harder then the test in my country(South Korea) the question itself was way batter and actually make you think.
Some of those explanations might be ambiguous, but it is sufficient for average student to solve the problem.
If I were better at English and other subjects, I might try applying to Oxford (just kidding) :)

for 2(iv) i've realised in the heat of the exam i proved it only for p6(x) but with the exact same method as i would've used generally. would this gain credit?

The only reason they r posting this is probably because they will have to cancel the maths open day. RIP

I have a question regarding 0:34.

When checking results at x=90 degrees, you get y = 1 + 1 + 1...

But Euler proved that the results of adding 1 + 2 + 3... is not infinity but -1/12

as 1+1+1... can be rearranged as 1 + 2 + 3... surely should it be -1/12

I'm applying for CS&Philosophy, which is quite hard to find comparative information about... do you have averages for the three other subjects?

Hi, when do the results for this test come out?

Your explanation for J is incomplete. Just because a function is periodic and symmetric does not mean its minimum has to occur in the middle.
