My Setup 4 Impact® golf method makes it easier to hit any golf shot. Simply setting up on your impact plane and then swinging on one single plane makes the game easier. I customize the simple concept to fit each individual golfer regardless of age, flexibility, and natural ability. I will help you improve faster than any other way. I have worked over 35 years in developing this simple golf swing method which can help anybody play better golf quickly. Many do better their next time out. Because it is easier to repeat it is also easier on the body. Putting less stress on the back, hips, and knees.

ABOUT KIRK JUNGE
-----------------------
Kirk Junge began playing golf at the age of 5. After a successful Junior Golf career, Kirk turned professional in 1986. He has played on the Dakotas Tour, the Teardrop Tour, the South Florida PGA and the SouthWest Ohio PGA where he captured one victory.

More recently Kirk played tournament golf again for the first time in almost 20 years in 2021 where he finished second in the Senior division in the United States Golf Teachers Cup in Las Vegas, NV. There were Golf teaching professionals from around the USA playing in this competition which took place in 30 to 40 MPH winds. Kirk competed again in 2022 and again finished second with rounds of 69, and 73.

In the year 1996, Kirk began to teach the golf swing of Moe Norman, and shortly thereafter taught with the Natural Golf Corporation, where he stayed until 2005. During that time he was one of the top instructors and was responsible for answering over 3000 golf technique questions on the Natural Golf forum. He was a licensed instructor with the Graves Golf Academy from 2014 to 2016. Kirk also holds several other certifications with the United States Golf Teachers Federation, the World Golf Teachers Federation, and is a former PGA of Europe member.

After leaving Natural Golf, Kirk headed to Pforzheim, Germany where he ran his own Golf Academy until 2014.

In 2005, Kirk set his sights on creating a simpler golf swing, which led to the creation of Setup 4 Impact Golf. Using his 20+ years of golf instruction experience and his knowledge of the many different golf methods. Kirk has distilled golf knowledge from some of the best golf instructors in the world to create the Setup 4 Impact golf swing. His instructors included the likes of Wild Bill Melhorn, Jimmy Ballard, Terry Crouch, Artie McNickle, Chuck Hogan and Dave Pelz, and many more.

Kirk’s main goal is to help golfers improve their game as quickly as possible.

The Setup 4 Impact golf method can be fully customized to fit your own personal needs without the need for special golf clubs.

Kirk has taught golf for 35 years now. He has taught various golf methods including for Natural Golf Corporation, Single Axis golf, and the Graves Golf Academy. Kirk invented the Minimalist golf swing method which had you setup and swing on a single plane, which has evolved into his currently taught Setup 4 Impact swing which is the Ultimate golf swing because it is built to fit every golfer regardless of shape, size, age, or ability. The Setup4Impact golf swing very closely resembles the swing of Bryson DeChambeau who also sets up on his impact plane. Kirk's number one goal is to help you improve at golf.

My method is the easiest golf swing on the body!! Fix your game today.

OK that does it, I have been using an "other method" of single plane swing for several years. You just described every flaw in my swing that was created by that method. 1) too far inside, 2) laying the club off, 3) pushes, hooks, 4) loss of power. I just binged watched about 30 of your videos, I'm signing up for your online system.

Great video
I attended Kirk's school and had great results immediately. And learned that taking the club straight back along the plane is really the basis, the key. But for some reason especially under pressure I revert to my old swing AROUND, an absolute killer which produces a flair to the right. When I'm focused and set up correctly the results are very good.

Thanks Kirk, very timely for me. Have gotten into the habit of manipulating the club on the back swing, forgetting your admonishment to keep it simple (stupid). Always good to get back to basics.

I just came here to praise this swing! I live in Wisconsin so I haven't golfed since last October. Monday April 15 I played my first round. Shot a +6, 77!!! Hadn't touched a club in 6 months until then. The swing works, period

Your describing Hogan's glass pane, It's something I've added to my swing too.

I’m new to your site and anxious to try your swing at the range and eventually on the course. I was fortunate to watch Moe hit balls at Royal Oaks (?) outside of Titusville many years ago and marveled at his consistency.
I have struggled with impact and over the top issues and like your philosophy about the swing. Can I expect similar or greater distance with this method? Thx

Hi Kirk. I think this is my fix. I have been missing just left of my target line. I first learned the swing from Todd and then found you. I have been coming from too inside with the tilt. What is your opinion on creating extra distance on my irons using the SUFI swing? Thanks for being a great teacher.

Can you speak to the take away when the club head is actually outside the hands?
Would this even apply on a single plane swing?

Hi Kirk! I have found it tough to find someone who will discuss Moe's 2001 private Florida demo. Have you seen the video? Ground breaking stuff. What do you think. I have some great concepts about Moe's swing changes. I have never heard anyone talk at all about it. Not even Todd graves talks about it. These swing changes Moe made could be the key!

Kirk, thanks for this. I've been trying to figure this out. Will this also apply with wedges and driver? Is the feel going to be that the left hand is pushing down and away on the way back?

In another issue, I got jumbo grips. I think they're too big because my hands keep coming apart during the swing. Is this common?

This is my favorite golf channel, Kirk because your swing and swing thoughts are so similar to mine. You always have great advice and I very much enjoy watching your videos.
I played this past Monday and decided to try something different because it worked so well at the range the previous day.
I'm talking about the 10 finger baseball grip. (with all clubs from driver to wedges)
I've used the overlapping Vardon grip for the over 45 years I've golfed and often hit approach shots to the left.
As much as I agree with you about not copying Moe (which I don't) I decided to give the baseball grip a try and it seemed like I couldn't hit the ball off line if I tried.
I was striking it SOLID and straight as could be at the range....so, I took it to the course and had very similar results.
I was wondering your thoughts on a 10 finger grip... and also thought it may make for some good video content for you as well...even if you're opposed to this grip.
Personally, I plan to keep working with this grip until it feels second nature.
I have a very neutral left hand grip and a very strong right hand grip....and for me, it feels great and comfortable and I've also gained confidence using it.
Again, love the channel.

That is not how Todd Graves teaches the back swing - his is on plane.
