The best idea of his was to step down from ministry, , , I would add to not make excuses or to think he has something to offer until he gets sound biblical theology. Perhaps attend the College at Grace Community Church or the likes. Then come back to the pulpit and faithfully teach the truth of God's word.

If he doesn't know anything. Why go into ministry. To him ministry is some sort of accolade or milestone so when you get a few followers, he can beat down on his chest saying he is a Holy man of God but it is far from it.

The point ofministry is to indulge in the Word and to teach from it
