Phenomenology Introduction

I want to understand this so much.. I only understand fragments of this study.. ahh the rest hurts my mind. I am trying to incorporate this into a college paper on the work of Charlotte Delbo's "Auschwitz and After". The phenomenology of her experience and the things she came in contact with. If anyone has any suggestions for resources or additional understanding points, please reply. Thanks for the video though.

I get the 'definition' of not the application...so what is it? A set of tools to use? and if so, what are they??? (eg. you do this, then you graph that, then you note this and that)???
