I had a Filipina nanny growing up. I love papaya with just vinegar, salt, and pepper. We had a papaya tree in the yard and we would go pick one whenever we wanted. She also got me into having pork with rice, topped with white vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. I LOVE this stuff...lol She would also make my lumpia all the time.
