$600 for a new cert most employers don’t even find credible. Not saying that course career is full of shit but you have to know some recruiters. Or be one of the chosen few (that was selected to market this product) to make it pass the help desk. 7 months later still no job

Hey josh. Currently have prior experience with working at call centers and experience with many different systems . Always been on the phones. Very interested on the other side of things like IT. Does that prior experience benefit me if I complete the course and add to my resume for new employers ?
