How to Check health Status of HDD

Bro itried all methods and the status was ok but in crystal disk drive application it is showing cation in my hdd . yellow is showing in rellocated sectors cound . please help me

Having External HDD here, let’s say I formatted/getting rid all of the datas on the HDD (or in this case I simply backed them up)

According to Harddisk Sentinel it says it has around 295 bad sectors, 65493 weak sectors, and 10% health of the HDD

Are they any chances to repair those bad sectors and weak sectors?

If not, obviously the bad sectors aren’t recoverable, but the weak sectors though, they are usable but well they’re just weak. Is it possible for a software or something to use those weak sectors to be somehow manipulated or something like that so it’ll restore those sectors into good ones?

Aand if none of these possible, my HDD is 750GB drive (698GB usable) apparently it has total over 1, 465, 149, 168 of sectors, with all of these faulty sectors, how many do you think usable sectors are there? In gigabytes atleast

And because I did a full format earlier, is it true that all of the faulty sectors are like in the bottom of the HDD and will be ignored by the Windows if I were to copy/put a file in there?
