i know good and well if i took my mare to a trail by herself she would be spooking at everything, so it would be FAR from relaxing😂
but when my mare does that jig on the way back i make her turn back around and go back and forth and after doing it a few times she actually stopped doing it all together😂😂

Our horses had a problem going home fast on the way home too. We usually rode past the driveway or we rode a little bit past the trailer on trials. Also we tied them up so they didn’t think “oh yeah we are home = free time and food.” It helps a lot, but it might take a while. Good luck with her!

the reason chrystal was in a hurry to go home is because she sees her friends. when you get home maybe wait like 5 minutes before you put her in the pasture and then wait to take off her halter. just a tip. no hate. i love your videos so much!💕 xoxo-ellie
