How to Think Like Einstein - A Look at Einstein's Brain

Following his death, Einstein's brain was removed for study within 4 hours, allowing researchers to look for structural abnormalities that may have given rise to his massive intelligence. In this video, I discuss those findings and how they support a modular or global view on the nature of intelligence. More to the point, I look at how we could potentially train our brain to develop similar abilities ourselves - and use some of these tips to come up with an excellent idea for marketing burgers...

I make a lot of bold claims in this video regarding the purpose of various areas of the brain. Here are some studies/references to support those ideas...

Oh and I didn't touch on this in the video, but I find the general link between our spatial intelligence and maths ability to be of particular interest. Look up Scott Flansburg for more on this, or stay tuned for a future video on the subject...

Thanks for your support and I shall see you in the next one!

I've recently discovered your channel and have ADORED the fact that you give so much detail, depth, dimension, and science into this holistic approach to physical and mental development.

I'm geeking out on you right now (and drooling a little as well 🤤🤷🏻‍♀️) and am applying your advice in my own renewal of fitness, movement, and strength training.

Already I've noticed significant ROM increase and function in long atrophied and locked muscles due to habitual scoliosis pattern I've tried for YEARS to correct.

Two weeks has undone 15 years of dysfunction. You're fucking magic, thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤🥰😘

Can't wait to see what other benefits I get with the addition of mindset awareness and challenging as well.

Hey very interesting video. Great subject. Actually while i was learning Spanishi was told many times to immerse myself in the culture. I believe immersion can be a fantastic tool or approach to learning new skills and increasing brain plasticity.

Awesome video! The high energy music makes it incredibly difficult to focus on what you're saying though. Maybe some music that reflects the beautiful, complex, ideas you're talking about might work better?

You looked like you were constantly about to crack up during this video!

Such an awesome video. For me, the greatest tip for genius-like thinking is practicing holistic type of thinking as well as behaving. You have to incorporate both of the left and right brain hemispheres; masculinity and femininity; logic and intuition; action and inaction.
I love your content, I'm into similar type of biohacking/ body-mind mastery.

Einstein is a INTP (mbti). What you discribe in einsteins brain as connecting informations from different thinks is pretty much Ne (exroverded intuition) his secoud function. The thing is when he had Ne as his first function he hadn't hold on long enough on one thing to build such an compex framework in his head for how the different thinks work. That would be the problem with Entp.
As INFP you aldo have Ne as second function

I hope you see this comment and can respond. Say someone like me, and i really dont mean to brag, but i hav found myself to hav pretty good coordination, ability to understand things, like im good at maths and science and am starting to really understand stuff like novels and films more from a writing stand point, but i find myself sorta plateauing, is there anyway i can overcome this, or is it just that i need a break from academics for a while?

Pity that we cannot scan the brain to find out what is happening. Much loss occurs in uterus, due to maternal indiscretions or malnutrition. Some people are incurably thickwitted and unable to adapt Latin plurals //x ges/ us I/ a æ/ um a// Nominative case.
