Does windows 10 come with word and excel by default? I'm thinking to reset the system since I deleted the files needed to run them. Will resetting Windows 10 restore Word and Excel?

Hi, Kevin....I'm Kevin.
I started a new work and totally didn't know anything about administration software before starting last month. I am eager to learn everything about it.
We have an Excel file in our SharePoint used for certificate and yearly readiness that I want to modify the conditional formatting. But the version you show me doesn't support macros 4.0. Is there a way I can learn more about Formula to be able to change to formula but from my home computer?
