This Equality Law Human Rights Commission regarding age discrimination YouTube video has some helpful information. I admit I accessed this video for a reason related to a particular experience that took place with someone outside of my previous and current workplaces and this video is helping me gain clarity on if what I'm wondering about is worth pursuing or if I should forgive. Regardless of what I decide this age discrimination video is helpful.

The problem is that no employer will ever say you’re too old. They just say you’re overqualified or something similar.

Nobody cares.  I got pushed out of my career at 57 and never found a job after that. I have 2 adult autistic kids at home . I have College degree, 30 years experience Icu, ed, nicu, ob, trauma, sub acute, trauma rehab.
Nearly 1 in 4 workers age 45 and older have been subjected to negative comments about their age from supervisors or coworkers.
About 3 in 5 older workers have seen or experienced age discrimination in the workplace.
76 percent of these older workers see age discrimination as a hurdle to finding a new job; another report found that more than half of these older workers are prematurely pushed out of longtime jobs and 90 percent of them never earn as much again. Also 99% of co-workers liked me, Im above average in looks, personality, but its all about getting the old high paid workers out.

Discrimination laws are not helpful. Therefore, the employees of Equal Opportunity Employer are paid for nothing. Forget about education and jobs. Go to South America and enjoy your life.
