Rep. Lauren Boebert Escorted Out of Denver Theater After Audience Complaints

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) was booted from a performance of 'Beetlejuice' after allegedly vaping, singing, recording the show, and being disruptive, prompting several complaints from audience members.

Multiple ushers claimed the lawmaker also resisted leaving and at one point said, 'I will be contacting the mayor,' and, 'Do you know who I am?'

They had recently rated Denver "the rudest city in America" thanks for living up to it Denver.

I couldn't figure out what was going on here, or why, so I looked it up. So [ according to reporter M Curtis of publication; ROLLCALL ] what LB actually did was:-
* Vaped in front of a pregnant women ( & in a non smoking theatre)
* Sang along - loudly - with the Cast
* Played overt 'Slap & Tickle' with her male companion ( to the obvious discomfort of surrounding audience members )
* Took Flash pictures ( again; prohibited in Theatre )
* Gave the Usher 'The Finger' when asked to 'behave more courteously.
* And then when asked to vacate the Theatre tried on the " Do You Know Who I Am!?" Card.
Vacated -but THEN came back in after intermission, at which point she then:
* Told the pregnant woman she was a "sad and miserable person". { that's called Verbal Abuse and Bullying }
* The guy she was with, in an apparent attempt to cool things down, then offered to take the pregnant woman and her husband out after the show 'for cocktails'! { what part of the word pregnant did HE fail to hear?}
* When later confronted with her Vaping behaviour - what did LB Do? She denied it and then claimed it must have been a 'fog machine' in the Theatre!
* When she was THEN shown the Video footage of her Vaping, what did she do? Leapt for the AMNESIA Response! Swearing that she 'Did not recall the incident!"
Later, much later, what happened? LB was still in 'Not mine- everyone else's fault' mode! She offered a rote apology; " Oh I fell short of my values..." but THEN Still looked for someone ELSE to blame. She found them; settled on the men in her life.
*1st she claimed Victim Status; stating that "A public and difficult divorce was the reason for her behaviour and then & also -
* Tried to throw that evening's companion under the bus, saying; she'd since dumped him and suggesting that his political affiliations had led her astray!
I mean...
I don't give a flying what political party she is meant to represent, there are things like basic decency and courtesy, that we expect of everyone. Should we expect less of elected representatives?
And, you can't complain about others attacking your character and integrity when you're doing such a great Hatchet Job on yourself!
