For me integer scaling ON caused the image to get cut off a little bit on the top and bottom. I left that off and it fixed the issue.

Great tutorial. You should turn on FPS in screen notifications from the main retrobat menu so you can show how smooth the game is running. This is important when changing graphical settings so you can see if your cpu is keeping up. If you are at 60 fps or above all is good. If not, then back down the settings until the frame rate hits what you desire (60 fps is usually desirable).

I dont have INTERNAL RESOLUTION in my Emulator this option is missing
